What should be unconstitutional is that you need to invoke your rights. The fact that the constitution needs to be told to cops shows how badly we need the laws to be changed. They took an oath to something that they should uphold and already know. The system is corrupt from the pigs to the supreme court. It's disgusting to see how much and how far our rights and freedoms have fallen. Keep voting for the corrupt two party system and we'll be a n@zi country from now on. All cops should be trained and know the constitution and our rights. Ignorance of our constitutional rights is no excuse for them to violate them. Totally stupid for us to accept this as the norm in this day and time.
