Thing is, there is no law that requires drivers license and registration to travel by automobile on a public road. This has been upheld by the supreme court, and the RIGHT to travel is protected by the constitution and the bill of rights. The cops think they are enforcing the "LAW," but they are really only enforcing COROPORATE POLICIES. No victim, no crime.
