Chili when u wake someone up like that and they r that hard to wake up & or get awake. You better get them a cab or have them pull somewhere to sleep because if he goes down the road & hits someone and kills them then the family can sue u because he wouldn’t have been on road if u had not woke. So u started the chain of events. Also in Oklahoma if u sleep anywhere private or public u can be charged w APC which means actual physical control which is same as dui. Now if the keys r nowhere to be found u can only be charged w public intox. But if u have keys in pocket or in ignition then u r in APC
If it was actually about safety they would have gave him a ride. Instead they want to tie him up and try to put him in a cage so the private entity can get 50k a year for him in a cage and they all get their kickbacks.
