I'm not religious at all, but have studied various religions, one of which was Islam. And one of the passages from the Quran says, " don't worship mental idols." That passage saved me. When you have been terribly wronged you can often obsess about revenge…..it can destroy you. I was going through that and when I found that passage, I realized I was worshipping an idea……a mental idol. It took only a few days and I concured that destructive thought. Every time those thoughts entered my mind, I put that passage into action and stopped them. Emotional and mental pain can be so devastating……I said this to hopefully help anyone obsessing, don't let your thoughts control you. ❤

Very true and they'll try to turn everybody against you.. I cut out all the negative people and the toxic people out of my life 30 years ago in the drama queens and kings and my life is great and then people are still live in that miserable life
