Really it’s a basic simple thing. You don’t have the right to call a K-9. It’s not how the law works that you can just detain someone until you determine they’re not breaking the law.
About police liking to inflict pain:
Psychopathic personalities do not have a wide range of emotions like normal people do. They also don't feel any emotions at all with great intensity, except a deep fear of being exposed as weak & violent anger in response to the fear. But they DO experience intense pleasure from predation & cruelty, also known as sadism. The pleasure they feel is stimulated by a larger-than-normal amygdala in the center of the brain which is hardwired since early childhood. A job as a police officer, not contained by strong checks & balances, & in collusion with other uncontained officers, qualified immunity, & an angry social environment, creates the perfect storm of predatory policing seen too often today. Mental health professionals should be assisting in transforming policing from the ground up. But unfortunately they're rarely consulted.

There is a nation-wide pattern of police/LEOs being ignorant of the law(s) they were hired to enforce.
I don't have to tell you what my badge number is. This idea that this gentleman isn't acting like other people who they bully is ludicrous. Also, waiting hours for a dog? That doesn't sound like a reasonable detainment.

They ripped up his CBD just to be dicks, because they are all dicks, well, the girl is what the British call somebody they don't like.
I think the K9 miss rates are increasing because of body cams. Cops used to be able to just yank you out and search and say whatever they found was in plain sight, but now with cameras they have to do the literal dog and pony show to search and that's why misses have increased in recent years, up like 15% from the past (i read it somewhere, but I forget where and what the exact numbers were).
