  1. ๐Ÿ”บEliminate lifetime tenure for federal judges.

๐Ÿ”บNo judicial nominee should be confirmed who rejects the jurisprudence of originalism.

๐Ÿ”บSupreme Courtโ€™s extra constitutional powers have increased.

๐Ÿ”บSupreme Courtโ€™s routine intervention in political and policy decisions must have legislative veto over their bad decisions.

๐Ÿ”บCourt decisions are often contrary to the Constitution which leaves them to the representative branches.

  2. You lost in court…its always been joke when you lose. Funny how that works…poor chille. Always the victim. ONLY your rights. NEVER anyone else. ONLY YOU know the laws. You said a judge doesn't understated federal law….nope, ONLY YOU. Napoleon complex. people have rights also. Seriously sir. Your the problem. Lawsuits wasting tax payers money and time. Claim your for the people? You havenot done ONE thing to change the system. Selling trifold changes YOUR bank account. Telling kids that a cop outgoing to rape them" while at a parade? That was from YOUR livestream. Your disgusting, mentally disturbed, mentally ill punk that has to hip check a woman. We all saw EXACTLY what you did.your a clown and a coward. Please come to a parade in Philadelphia and do that. Promise you will reconsider how you do your business in a positive way.

  3. ๐Ÿ”บThe Founders knew that the rule of the mob would lead to anarchy and end with despotism.

๐Ÿ”บThe Founders with our Constitution granted the federal government enough authority to cultivate, promote, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity but not enough to destroy it.

  4. ๐Ÿ”บLiberalism promotes what French historian Alexis de Tocqueville described as a soft tyranny.

๐Ÿ”บAs the word โ€œliberalโ€ is opposite of authoritarian, it is more accurate, therefore, to characterize the Modern Liberal as a Statist.

๐Ÿ”บThe Founders understood that the greatest threat to liberty is an all-powerful central government, where the few dictate to the many.

  5. ๐Ÿ”บThe Modern Liberal believes in the supremacy of the state, thereby rejecting the principles of the Declaration and the order of the civil society.

๐Ÿ”บFor the Modern Liberal, the individualโ€™s imperfection and personal pursuits impede the objective of a utopian state.

๐Ÿ”บThe Founders believed in the dignity of the individual; that we, as human beings, have a right to live, live freely, and pursue that which motivates us not because man or some government says so, but because these are God-given natural rights.

    COMMENTS BY๐Ÿ”บ John H. Bryan

In November of last year I posted a video showing a West Virginia judge flipping out at a traffic stop in Moorefield, West Virginia. In response to a stop he admitted was justified, he nevertheless pulled rank on a young police officer, immediately identifying himself as a judge, getting his supervisor on the phone, and later trying to get him fired, including threatening judicial retaliation against that department.

Since Judge Williams contested the matter, as heโ€™s entitled to do, on June 14 a contested hearing was held before West Virginiaโ€™s Judicial Hearing Board over the course of three days. On September 19, the Judicial Hearing Board held a meeting to discuss the evidence presented, and on September 22, they issued an order finding that numerous judicial ethics rules were violated and recommending specific discipline to the West Virginia Supreme Court.

  8. ๐Ÿ”บEdmund Burke, who was both a British statesman and thinker, is often said to be the father of modern conservatism.

๐Ÿ”บHe was an early defender of the American Revolution and advocate of representative government.

๐Ÿ”บHe wrote of the interconnection of liberty, free markets, religion, tradition, and authority.

๐Ÿ”บ๐ˆ๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ’, ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ” The Declaration of Independence represents the most prominent, official, consensus position of the Foundersโ€™ rationale for declaring independence from England.

  9. ๐Ÿ”บWith liberty and tyranny in modern America good ole USA is still the best.

๐Ÿ”บUnderstanding life, society and governance in modern America is a challenge.

๐Ÿ”บThe Founders were influenced by philosophers such as:

Adam Smith, Charles Montesquieu (separation of powers), and especially John Locke (natural rights).

๐Ÿ”บThey were also influenced by their faiths, personal experiences, and knowledge of history (including the rise and fall of the Roman Empire).

  10. ๐Ÿ”บThe Statist seek to consolidate the power they have accumulated by silencing noncompliant voices.

๐Ÿ”บPresident Reagan said, โ€œFreedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.

๐Ÿ”บFreedom must be fought for, protected, and handed on or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children what it was like in the United States where men were free.

  11. ๐Ÿ”บEliminate rationing of political free speech through unconstitutional laws, which benefit the media, unions, and other Statist groups.

๐Ÿ”บDefeat all efforts to unconstitutionally regulate the content of free speech.

  12. ๐Ÿ”บ Hat tip to the champions of liberty.
