I guarantee that there are cops out there that absolutely cream themselves after getting a first kill under their belt. No rational decent human being would believe that this young man deserved death just for being afraid of the police. Who could blame him for being afraid? The officer had no right to do anything more than a Terry frisk, but told him he was searching him to take him off the interstate. Officer could see it was not a gun. Officers claimed they shot because they thought he had a gun. 9 cops opened fire on him. DA Glenn Funk states that he will not charge any of the officers involved.
