    This video shows Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Christopher French (H6404) making two separate traffic stops after radaring a silver/grey Audi going 110 miles per hour. First, he pulls over a black BMW, then he drives for about 10 minutes and pulls over my client in a dark blue Audi.

    The two cases that were filed as a result of this traffic stop were voided in the Goodsprings Justice Court at the request of NHP Lt. Peterson in violation of NRS 171.1776(4).

    I have been to trial twice against Trooper French. We lost the first case because NHP "lost" the dash cam footage and Trooper French sworn that he could track speeding vehicles now matter what. We won the second case because Trooper French is just lazy.

    My understanding is that Trooper French is really good at fulfilling his daily "quota" (or something that resembles a quota, but isn't really a quota), so we will likely see many more cases just like this one.

    A grand jury has declined to file criminal charges against a Canton police officer who fatally shot a man on New Year's Day, Stark County Prosecutor Kyle Stone announced in a Wednesday press conference.

    The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation led the inquiry into the case involving Officer Robert Huber, who shot and killed 46-year-old James Williams after the latter apparently fired celebratory gunshots into the air from the yard of his 10th Street Southwest home. After the BCI shared its findings with Stone, his office presented jurors with a "wide range" of potential felony and misdemeanor charges, but the group ultimately decided not to indict Huber.

    Weโ€™ve all seen the recent shooting footage out of Ohio. But that may have overshadowed another recent case where body cam footage was just released from the LAPD. Body cam footage reveals that just before officers shot an unarmed man holding an automotive part, that one of the officers said to the others, โ€œitโ€™s not a gun bro.โ€ Then he was shot with no warning. Indeed, it wasnโ€™t a gun.

    The given court judgement applies only in the context of a STATE safety law that was unreasonable. The brief itself say that the ruling was very limited in focus.
    The preamble to the facts of the case even say that the state has the authority to set reasonable standard that oversees the "right to travel".
