  1. Seeing as lying on a police report is in fact a criminal offence I fail to see how so many cops do it blatantly, with video proof of their lies and have no punishment.

  2. It makes me itch when someone speaks of the police having a "right" to do something, as you do at 10:26 in this video. When it comes to detaining or arresting you, police don't have rights, they have authority. What's the difference? As a human being I always and inherently have certain rights; the law (at least within the US) affirms those rights, but it's not what gives me those rights. A police officer's authority is granted by the state and can be taken away by the state.

  3. @thecivilrightslawyer My heart goes out to the residents of the once quiet community of Shawnee Oklahoma, because the City's residents are cowering in their homes in fear, amidst a crime wave that they never had to deal with before. As an example, the following video shows a brave Shawnee police officer who had to deal with the worst kind of criminal that society has to offer. A dangerous grandmother who wantonly took her grandson for a walk in a normally quiet neighborhood. With total contempt for state law. in this video, the Shawnee Police bravely arrested this criminal granny for the felony crime of walking in the street, where a sidewalk doesn't exist. I salute the officer for bravely apprehending this criminal, and I am indescribably grateful to the Chief of Police for his zero tolerance policy toward serious crimes such as this. We shouldn't criticism him or his department because we don't have to live in a community with this type of criminal activity afoot. As for those local to Shawnee who complain, he can by their silence by holding a Coffee with a Cop event, and for the tough nuts to Crack, he can bribe them by throwing in a free danish.

  4. Any time I have ever had an interaction with police and I have ever ever had to sign some bullshite form or paper I always sign "UNDER DURESS" this way they must enter it into any reports or filings, failure to do so would be a violation on their part.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

  5. The problem is cops think that anyplace they go is OK. Because they think THEY are the law . Which they are not . The only enforce the law ,when needed . Constitution ??? Who cares about the constitution ?? Rarely do they cops since they have the guns ….. And that MAKES them right ,most of the time . Who argues with a gun …Not me ….

  6. The terrifying thing about Police is how many of them will breach people's rights and then lie about it in an attempt to ensure maximum punishment against someone who is innocent.

  7. Yeah and that assaulted the lady pushing on the back of her neck and you cops out there don't think that we're not watching you, we're watching you I'm keeping tabs on you you Breakers of the law like, I said when the law breaks the law there is no law😒

  8. The cop detain her while being on her property for not giving him an ID but refuses to let her get it, then lies about it on a report for reason why he detained her. How is this not breaking a law, false report is legal now, this is so messed up
