I hate this keeps happening in these smaller towns. Because almost the same thing happened where I live about 8 yrs ago in San Augustine county Texas. They beat a man to death because they thought he was being uncooperative when he was slipping into a diabetic coma. The sheriff David Smith and his chief of police Cunningham at the time went to the man's individual cell where he was being held and 4 hours later the man was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead. His wife sued the jail and that's the last I heard of it. They tried to say he fell.. too. Sheriff David Smith is one of the most evil cops I have ever seen and I truly think he is possessed by some demon. 💯
