You go and insert yourelf into active investigations (criminal or otherwise) where you're not wanted and scream/yell to the party being investigated telling them what not to do.
At DUI/DWI stops you tell them not to submit to tests. Do you know that by refusing (not submitting) to take these tests you go directly to jail?
And what if it wasn't a DUI/DWI but a medical emergency that wasn't known until the stop was conducted??? You keep yelling "victimless crime"….have you read/seen the stats on the number of deaths cause by DUI/DWI drivers. Obiviously not.
And lets just say that you convinced a cop to let them go, and they were DUI/DWI, they crashed and killed a member of your family……you'd be first in line to condemn the officer/s for letting the driver go…..wouldn't you? And if you say "No", you're a liar!
As to consent to search a vehicle, an officer can search a vehicle, at any time if they
A. Have consent.
B. Have probable cause.
C. Believes it is for his/her own protection.
D. Valid search warrant.
E. Have arrested the driver/passenger.
As for the misuse of the Constitution…..the 4th Ammendment stops UNREASONABLE search/seizure. You and others like you conviently "forget" to leave that part of the wording out of your rant/s.
The 5th, rights in criminal procedures.
The 6th, rights in criminal prosecution.
The 7th, right to a jury trial.
The14th, States cannot make/enforce laws that go against someones rights.
I've even heard the 3rd Ammendment used against police officers, which has NOTHING to do with policing. The 3rd stops the govt from forcing civies to house soliders in peace time. So yes, you misuse the Constitution every single time you quote/name an Ammendment.
As someone who has been in Law enforcement since 1992, in 3 countries, your whole grifting speil offends me.

A few minutes later, Davis ended up hand-cuffed in the back of a Sterling Heights police cruiser, having been forcibly taken to the ground and arrested for loitering.
