Great way to invoke the 5th. It seems absurd to have to utter, "I don't answer questions", but this is a way to achieve it without giving LE a 'foot in the door' concerning your manner of speech.
Half of all police encounters are for vehicle operation, and those account for almost all police-initiated contact. I'm looking forward to autonomous vehicle operation, when LE will no longer have that as a reason to target travelers. This will convert LE to on-demand instead of half their activity being a giant opportunity to pick victims for advancement of their LE careers.
I'd love to have a vehicle equipped with cameras recording all aspects of its operation including the exterior lights (turn indicators, headlights, license illumination, etc.), and window covers that activate when pulled over. I'd leave the driver's window unblocked, but have interior partitions that quickly blocked view of all other parts of the vehicle interior upon stopping. LE could then ask you to exit the vehicle 'for officer safety', but then the driver's door window would be blocked as soon as you were out. One less 'plain-view, exigent-excuse opportunity for LE to 'take you for a ride' unjustly. If they don't demand you exit the vehicle, then make sure to have a means to display your required information without surrendering it. LE can take a damn picture if they need to take your info with them while they write a ticket from inside their car.

Hey Chile, i have one problem with the tri-fold that won't work in my situation, I surrendered my license changed my status to a national and use my passport. I dont have an address because the address is a fiction created by the U.S. and puts you in their jurisdiction. I tell them I live in the republic of America. If i but the digital trifold can i edit that out on the computer somehow. Passports dont have addresses on the or attached to them.
