Once upon a time I had a valid license, registration and insurance in hand, parked and stationary, not cited, no oustanding warrants or failures to appear, no criminal history, vehicle was still impounded for 18 hours for no apparent reason other than the cop wanted to impound the car
Just this gentleman I got him up all the way, but there’s only one thing that needs to be clarified by law and this is by law what I’m about to say you do not need a drivers license registration plates or insurance and there is a way of getting insurance it’s called Barnes but anyway, you do not need any of that. It is the law, we have to stop entertaining the cops because we give them another thing on us to get us if we understand that we do not need a drivers license To Travel that is correct the word travel you would understand where I’m coming from. The tags are government property hence why they can seize your car coz it belongs to the State.

That is armed robbery, not having registration is not probable cause of a crime…..in fact with no registration unless you are involved in transportation the STATE has no authority over your property…..It is also treason of the 5th amendment….
