  1. The video displays the trooper driving recklessly. No telling how many lives were wantonly endangered by the troopers misconduct. Risking the lives of multiple people to stop a speeder is indefensible. The trooper should be prosecuted. This type of abuse is precisely why people don't pull over for law enforcement.

  2. He should have verified the license plate before hand. He didn't clearly. When they lost sight of the vehicle they should have called off the pursuit to avoid such a situation. There are literally hundreds of thousands of similar cars or more.

  3. Cops are allowed to interpret law and policy. Arkansas policy change will do no good. They "always" claim potential for harm to the public, that's why they think they can shoot citizens.

  4. If I rammed another vehicle like that I would be charged with assault with a deadly weapon or something similar. Consistent with that, the cops are allowed to shoot people ramming them or trying to run them over due to the obvious threat to the officers life. So I have two questions. 1. Why hasn't' that cop been charged with assault with a deadly weapon or ANY crime at all since he had zero legal right to pit that car? Isn't' that like shooting at an innocent unarmed person as it is considered a lethal threat when an officer is rammed? 2. Why isn't a pit maneuver considered deadly force and only allowed if the vehicle in question poses a direct threat of causing death or great bodily harm to an officer or bystander? Am I the only one who sees the inconsistency here?

  5. I don’t know how you stay sane. After seeing all the abuse committed by law enforcement on the people they are paid to protect and serve how do you not just turn into hermit to protect your own humanity.

  6. Just imagine if children were in the back! Surely speeders can be stopped with the thing they throw across the road. Idiots have no right on the highway and a police idiot even less right imo!

  7. Being able to just "retire" to get out of the consequences of your actions is rediculous. Should still charge them accordingly since it happened while they were on duty at the time, including denying any pension or retirement plans they would've recieved had that not be fired.
