Isn't it even against all their policies to use a Taser when somebody is running, I thought it was only to be used if somebody was charging at them with intentvto do harm?? Why isn't every officer that does this not being charged immediately?? There's like a thousand of these videos on YouTube and out of that thousand I may be seen one percent be held accountable for doing this smh also a citizen gets charged he awaits in jail around bond by the investigation is being done and he has to go to trial these guys get to sit home with pay until the investigation is done smh

This reminds me of the time when two cops tased a deaf sleeping homeless man and because of the wool coat he had on the taser ignited it and well they couldn't put him out.
They thought he was ignoring them but he simply couldn't hear them.
Tasers are supposed to be the less than lethal option but they really aren't.
There have been neumorous cases of people getting tased and it causing their hearts to stop.
In other instances they don't work at all because the person is high on one or more substances and can't feel it.
A huge point of failure in tasers is their circuitry failing resulting in an over current causing them to deliever lethal amperage to the target.
Remove qualified immunity. NOW!!!

In all fairness, if he didn't have gloves on him then the cop couldn't do much to help the dude by stopping the bleeding. He'd risk catching whatever blood born pathogen/infection the dude he tased might have had and he reported needing paramedic's so he probably told the other guy to call to try and get the paramedics to respond quicker. Plus if your about to go chase a suspect who's making you work for it if he didn't have gloves on hand from a prior encounter with someone prior to this he literally couldn't do anything to help the man without risking his own well being. Just to be fair, quite frankly I don't like cops, like at all, but you have to be fair and granted cops are suppose to put themselves after the public its not like coast guard which has a motto "you have to go out, you dont have to come back" and I know that motto for a fact cause I live right near port police and coast guard stations, across the channel from them to be exact and cops dont have to die for the people they save they just need to do the most they can in their power to uphold and enforce the law to make sure everyone is safe and granted they have a duty to protect the public they are able to surrender to a gunman if its obvious they wont win and has no chance to defend themselves cause they got snuck up on unlike coast guard where you either draw your gun and go get in that water to dive for the people underneath the water if a cage falls or shit goes down ect and hope and pray he can react quicker then the sharks nearby to put it in a similar perspective.

Say the cop stops securing the suspect and starts on radio giving Information to his people &first responders, dude rolls over and starts blasting him & his partner!

I'd like to see what led up to this situation, yes the cop didn't handle the situation well after deploying the taser, he panicked and forgot protocol, his badge needs to be taken, and needs a psych evaluation, but calling it slaughter is going to far, what I see just from this video is that the cop deployed non lethal force to stop someone from running away, and said person was victim to environmental damage
