Seems a slam dunk criminal case for deprivation of rights under color of law under 18 USC 242 for 1st and 4th amendment violations. The 42 USC 1983 civil lawsuit is good, but let’s see federal charges!! Send them to federal prison for 10 years, THAT will stop this nonsense. 14 day suspension is nothing.
How did they find that he didnt use excessive force by slapping the phone out of his hand? Thats assault/battery right? Where are the charges? Corrupt prosecutors with corrupt PDs need to be removed.
