You can't have a conversation about changing the torture cuffs with cops who are on duty, especially in a city like that, because they are on duty and have sht to do and places to go. Those officers can't effect change and have no motivation to effect change, because torture cuffs help them maintain control. You gotta go to the run-around place where the leaders are located to effect change. And you've got to get the public on your side so that you aren't the only person showing up there and getting the run-around. Stop being dumb and faking that you want change. Yes, technically I guess you could walk up to a cop while he’s making a traffic stop or a criminal felony stop but once a real killer figures out they can pretend they’re auditing them they can start ambush cops! and good cops are going to get killed because they’re supposed to according to you- remain calm and not look around and try to figure out what you really up to : filming him or to shoot him! so auditing that close is not cool. On a traffic stop you can not walk right up to the officers car and interrupt him doing his job. They know who you are and who you aren't. Laughing at you, like everyone else.
