  1. I live in a relatively normal country (UK, when compared to the US) with relatively normal police (by US standards). A seat belt fine is £30 with no points on your driving licence. You don't get arrested for this.

  2. Crazy. I’m a retired trooper from nj. Attorney general directives, policy and standing case law has made it very clear, you can’t frisk for weapons absent RAS that the person is armed and dangerous. What state is this that a cop can Willy-nilly go hands on just bc they feel like it?

  3. Lucky that cop had 2 other cop cars pull up just as he was doing a simple stop for a seat belt… almost as if they were prepared for something? Dude was totally followed, profiled and stopped on pretext of seat belt IMO

  4. That wasn't worth the time watching. You should give us an ending. How did this end up? How was it resolved? Did the officer face any discipline?

    Not great content my man

  5. Cop jumps out of his car and repeatedly asks why his prey jumped out of his own car.
Here's an idea: When two men intend to have a conversation, they meet as equals. Only cops believe everyone must bow down to them.

  6. Ya…I disagree on the racial part…..cops profile based on what they think they can get away with…this could have happened to any race/gender/economic class etc….he gave them this opportunity by getting out of his car and challenging their authority….but it must be noted that the cop went handsey from the start-so no real challenge occurred from the poor bastard….but I am certain that if he had gotten back in his car and submitted to the boot they would have tried to hem him up anyway….it’s just what they do…it’s sport for them…they brag about it in the dark cop corners….what the real issue is ….is…this how we want the cops to behave…..but most don’t know this is happening until video surfaces or it happens to them…..it’s a big and small issue….unfortunately only the most egregious behavior like this gains traction…..what about the ordinary brutal authoritarian behavior….I guess that’s just good ole police work

  7. Malik's crime was driving while black. this guy was totally racial profiled. unfortunately this cop knows nothing will happen to him. even if Malik sues, the cop won't have to pay anything, the city will. "come on man, be honest, when is the last time you smoked weed. you can trust me, I'm a cop". lol I need something to arrest you for so I'm going to do some fishing! I have to cover my ass now. a cop is the last person to tell anything to. I would never even talk to my neighbor if he was a cop. they are cops 24/7. they only people in their minds that are above the law are other cops.

Earning the hate, one escalated traffic stop at a time. Notice how this LEO never asked for a driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration? He had already decided to search the car before he exited his vehicle.
As Prof. Duane says in his book, “You Have The Right To Remain Innocent”, respectfully invoke your Right to Remain Silent by SPECIFICALLY CITING THE 5th AMENDMENT (thank you SCOTUS), and then shut up.
