The way the law is written, it states that you have the right to remain silence. What fucking idiot, judge or lawyer, or whatever the point that you have to state that you’re going to remain silent it plainly fucking says that you have the right to remain silent which means when the cops come, you don’t have to answer any questions or talk in anyway, it does not say in the fucking constitution or or the Bill of Rights or the miranda whatever the fuck that you first have to state that you’re going to remain silent before you remain silent. What idiotic fucking bullshit is this a person who has the right to remain silent, should not have to state the fact that they are going to observe that right and remain silent. What kind of fucking world do we live in? What kind of country is this and what the fuck is wrong with the justice system?

HOW can they charge him for RESISTING ARREST if HE WAS NOT ARRESTED only DETAINED?
Why do you ask for the badge number? Wouldn’t it be better to ask for their CAD number? As this is what ties them individually i.e their personal identifiers within the 911 system. The badge number is just for their department.
None of these cops are fit to be cops at all, they are just “HOOLIGANS” and should be instantly fired and charged .
And it’s the cops own fault for having injured himself doing an illegal arrest, will their prisoner be offered the same chance of getting any of those cops charged for injuring him.
