This is a picture of and perfect example of EXCESSIVE FORCE ! We're they attacking another country or the house of a wanted 14 year old. These are the acts that lead the citizens to attack back. The police have to do better because if they don't, some of these police chiefs, sheriff's, swat leaders, and cops heads have to roll, leading to dismissal or jail.
