After watching this video I’m reminded of a Williamson County Live P.D. Episode where a young man was pulled out of his vehicle at gunpoint after the deputy input the last two numbers of the license plate wrong into their database, and afterwards the sheriff came out to stop and asked the young man “if he learned anything from this”, it was pretty cringy to watch. If live cameras followed law enforcement during every moment of the work day and broadcasted to communities, would it not solve a lot of problems?

With the amount of police cars on that freeway (for a license plate), I'M WILLING TO BET there were multiple LEO's 'In Training' that these officers wanted to use another 'Black Citizen' to TRAUMATIZE while using them as 'Training Aids' to those 'Rookie' cops.
