  3. That sawed off cop with lil man syndrome had this man convicted with zero investigation or evidence. Even used ankle cuffs on the guy! Found the item but held him for 2 hrs & the charges dropped & this cop acts like he wasnt arrested. Because of his actions alone this man got fired! Id sue the department….that cop & the business! Teied using the vape pen as some kind of reason! This is about as bad a screw up as ive seen outside gettin hell beat out of him or shot! But this cops sctions ruined his life. The guy was being so 8:46 cool. These cops were gaslighting! The owner is areal POS!

  4. Absence of appropriate investigation before arrest. An appropriate investigation would include asking the suspect a few basic questions, like: "Where is the package that you handled, containing an AR-15 lower body ?".

I've watched countless video, here and on other channels, bad AND good cop interactions (they still exist), and have NEVER seen them put a guy in shackles, not even the fairly violently resisting ones. How do they do this to a man who displayed zero resistance and complied with everything and didn't even verbally harrass anyone is beyond me. Hope he gets the #kaching from everybody involved, but especially the company.

  6. Sorry, but I think it does have to do with race discrimination. If any of the white doppelganger bros had 'lost' a package, they would just ask where it is not call the cops. I've seen several posts where some white folks say they worked hard for what they have, therefore white privilege doesn't exist. They fail to understand white privilege is getting the benefit of the doubt in situations just like this. A POC is assumed to be guilty of something whereas a white person in the same situation is presumed innocent. The manager jumped to 'he is running a scam' and called the cops. False accusations like this are shameful and devastating.

  7. It's still the cops fault. If I thought something was stolen from me I'd report it and if it came up missing I'd admit it anything the cops done has nothing to do with the emoplyer besides him calling the cops.

At least in the United Kingdom you are presumed INNOCENT until proven guilty. In the USA it is the opposite, GUILTY until proven innocent. MADNESS.

  10. Wait, why the fuck did he lose his job?!?! How in the fuck hasn't every civil rights and employment attorney on the PLANET called begging for his case?! What's the name of the company? We need to 'cancel' them for all this! This is disgusting. I worked for an employer once who got fired for embezzling over $100,000 and direct depositing the tax-free money to an account he owned. He took recently separated ex employees or employees who hadn't worked in a few weeks, added the $$$ to their payroll and got THEM to pay the taxes on his stolen money. After he was fired, somehow he got another company to hire him (they were a competitor but it's a smaller industry so all managers often have contacts at other companies). We heard another company hired him, and I went straight to the owner to tell him. He set a meet with the other company's operations manager, told them what happened & showed him proof.

    The next day they fired him. But that's not the best part… the operations manager was so livid that he decided to fire the entire HR department for not actually checking out any of his resume. I don't know if James was fired for his boss' lack of due diligence, or if James said he wasn't going back, or what but that cop should be liable for recompense and punitive damages for telling James' employer about the vape pen when it was discovered during an illegal arrest & search and then broadcasting information he had no legal authority to know and absolutely no legal authority to share information obtained illegally. Seriously, there's like 50 things wrong with this video and as a pretty hardcore pro-police supporter, but this is pretty egregious!

  11. American cops are useless.i mean they need to call out the whole police units to stop a runaway car or even 10 cops to ground a criminal.bad Policing.

They should not be able to charge him with anything, let alone possession of a CBD PEN due to illegal search, therefore it cannot be entered into evidence…furthermore, Marijuana is legal in Virginia.These non-common sense officers were really reaching. Also, not sure if these guys should own a business if this is how they treat their employees. Instead of plotting to arrest this guy they should have been plotting how to purchase the book "How To Ask a Simple Question For Dummies" so they don't end up looking dumb and dumber. These officers and the accusers are the ones who needed to be arrested.

  13. What a great coworker. Don't look for the package as it was maybe misplaced, just accuse the black guy of taking it and call the police on him. What a great guy. Probably a Proud Boy after hours.
