Target are as much to blame as the cops why call the cops when you could help him he wasn’t stealing or assaulting anyone which should be the only reason to call
To everyone who reads this, absolutely disgusting but what scares me even more is that not one other officer stepped in to de escalate this situation, instead they went along with this travesty.
