  1. Additional training does not work. Holding the officer accountable monetarily will. In a lawsuit, make the offending officer responsible for the 1st 250K of an award and the remainder the responsibility of the Municipality. Trust me that would work.

  2. The mayor does the right thing BUT I DOUBT it would have happened had it NOT been videotaped and released by her lawyer…The problem STAYS the SAME however, STUPID, INBRED, UNEDUCATED, IGNORANT and CLOSED-MINDED RACIST COPS ARE THE PROBLEM. Cops come out of the academy believing that ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they say is 'THE LAW" and MUST BE OBEYED as the "word of God." That is the problem ACROSS America. Pay cops MORE but REQUIRE them to know more as well as carry their OWN liability insurance. It has gone on TOO LONG. with CITIZENS being responsible for the ULTIMATE STUPIDITY of the cops? Make COPS responsible for their OWN STUPIDITY!!! ACAB!!!!

  3. The problem is leftism in black america and immigration america these people are acting like crazy leftist activist behaviors while being booked. Yes the cop was in the wrong yes yes yes 💯 but they knew exactly 💯 what was gonna happen n do to that cop good great but leftist break things same or worse then police good or bad cops.

  4. Man, police love protecting and serving the living crap out of older women. I was so happy to hear the mayor say he had a clean record so i can completely ignore this vicious behavior like the mayor did.
"I'm not gonna argue this with you" [it was at this moment he knew…]

  5. It’s so sad that cops swear to uphold and defend the constitution and they don’t even know what it is! How can you take an oath to something that you have no idea what it’s about 😔

  6. Hypothetical question… can one of the children of the victim shoot the officer in self defence of assault on their mom? Does "stand your ground" apply in this situation. Why no one understand the laws in Amerikka? The constitution seems only understood by the law maker.

  7. On the subject of silence being understood as a non verbal allowance for entering my home…… I'm invoking my right to remain silent IN MY DOMAIN. At most, if you're obstructing legal commands, it's well…. Obstructing. But if the command isn't legal…. Boy GTFO my house.

  8. I personally am more inclined to give leo more leeway in these cases than most viewers on this channel but this is totally ridiculous. Right away ofc escalates right to arrest rather than explain. I realize its frustrating fro leo perspective but some modicum of explanation should occur first before ofc assumes noncompliance

  9. This cop should be charged with ASSAULT! Insane how he treats this woman and throws her like a rag doll. The cop should be in jail, obviously lost his job AND his pension. And he should be forced to pay restitution to her from his OWN money.

  10. The police officer lief roght to the eomans face. He said that he asked the white person for ID and he provided it.
How was this consideref a mistake when in fact it was a down right lie? The officer is a racist ad sure as I am a white woman in Canada.
That officer should be charged with a hate crime.

  11. Watching from the UK 🇬🇧
This wasn't International off shore banking taxation law …it was basic day 1 in the academy day to day policing law and this rookie has no excuse for not knowing it. I guarantee he will have seen this law been abused on a daily basis by his FTO or Sgt and he therefore thinks it's all OK. Those responsible for training him need to be investigated as well!

  12. DON'T ANSWER THE DOOR! Just let him stand out there. He'll go away or come back with a warrant. In this case he'll just go away eventually.

Also, the fact he wasn't fired and arrested is ridiculous. Disciplined? So….nothing.

  13. When a cop says:

"I'm not going to argue with you"

    they actually mean,

"I'm not going to bother to verify if what I'm doing is correct, because I've been trained to view you as beneath me, and I also know that if what I'm doing IS wrong, the chances of me actually being held accountable are miniscule."

  14. I've been through this here where I live in Florida more than once and it is p*** me off. Everyone seems to think that this kind of behavior is okay, and it's not just in this particular case. It is all a time. I'm glad that these jokers are being put in their place. We stayed, but it does take some time with the cameras.

  15. Hello Cuz It's good to see the Mayor saying there will be training on constitutional law. It needs to be done in every police force across the country . Good Job cuzin . Hope you and your family are all well !!!

  16. "His duty to know the law" Are you friggen kidding me ? He failed obviously. But more profound is/was the lack of training from FTO's, fellow officers, and any sworn staff above him, including the mayor.

The mayor would have been better off not saying anything. What an idiot. Man, did he step in it.
