There is far worse. In a clip I seen the woman would not comply with a breath test. The cop turns the camera off for what is claimed about 3 minutes. When the camera is turned back on the woman is laying on the floor in a pool of her own blood.
Spit could be considered a dangerous weapon what should be done when a person spits on the officer that is my question how should that have been handled to also protect the office. My mother worked for sheriff Joe for 18 years and one of her coworkers had a inmate spit in his eye and contracted AIDS.

A Badge Gang member who is fired doesn't have to go to another county or state simply a different department such as the next town or city and the can be ried on Monday and working again the following Monday
