  1. Just imagine grabbing a cop on his property and having his car towed when he had broken no laws. How would he feel. I’m guessing the person that grabbed him would be put away for a long time.

  2. we see retaliation like this so often it really shows they are TAUGHT this. things won't change until lawsuit money comes from pensions and not us the taxpayers.

  3. No it's that tow company's and pds are RICO criminals and its a racquet. Towing is one of their biggest tools to punish people that arent criminals. The 5150 laws as well as frivolous false arrest for charges they know will be dropped.

  4. If cops faced the real threat of criminal prosecution and possible jail time it might curb some of this abuse of power. The threat of a lawsuit is an insufficient deteret against cops acting bad on the job and abusing their power. The permanent loss of their job and a lifetime ban from working in law enforcement in addition to criminal prosecution and jail time would probably put an end to most of these incidents.

  5. …because it may get broken into… does he realize how insane that sounds…. I would report it stolen the next day to sheriff dept….or heck police dept the next day with different people on shift….stolen from here own property… Heck they might as well take the gnomes off her front yard….in case they might get stolen
