The Judge had it in for him from the beginning. His case was discussed well before he showed up. And don't get me started on his attorney. Don't hire any attorney who wears suits from Target. And he didn't even look the judge in they eyes during closing arguments. The judge went against the DA of suspended sentences and he may never get her off the bench but he has one hell of a lawsuit after he gets out. He helps people all the time and if his sister is listening start a go fund me for Jose and let us fill the coffers so he can hire a decent attorney and go after these pigs.
