  1. And all these incidents we got a call 99% of them they’re lying. There was no call cause what I understanding and looking at nobody’s asking what’s the call ID or incident report of that call that generated everything and I guarantee you they’ll never give that up because all they have to do is call dispatch to find outthe time and number and wish there was locked under which generated the call for the police to go out. That’s one thing that government is supposed to document every single transaction when they’re in contact with the public and that anonymous phone call should be documented somewhere and I guarantee you they’ll never know because they are lying.

  2. If the 'tip' says, there is someone trespassing on this junkyard – and the 'suspect', matching all descriptions and admits to being on the property, that would seem to boost the reliability of the 'tipster'

  3. Are these so called "calls" they get recorded? You know, so we can verify if they are lying about that or not. I don't believe that many people "make a call" about "suspicious activity" .

  4. the word investigation coming out of a “cops” mouth is an utter joke. this clown, just like every single cop in america wouldn’t know how to investigate a crime if it bit them in the ass. leave the serious police work with the professionals copper, while you continue to play grabass with pedestrians…..you’re a weaselly joke.

  5. He was in a junkyard. He left. It closed. CASE CLOSED, too. Nazi should go on his way. But NO, he has to flex. Ok, then, flex the Stormtrooper’s stupid NAZI A*S into a federal law suit.

  6. Another unlawful demand for identity when it’s not required. The officer had all the details he needed. All he had to do was call the junkyard and verify the information. Clearly, the cops had conflicting stories. The officer in question said this guy was inside, the other one said outside. Maybe the other one was trying to be the good guy but at the end of the day, the officers stories didn’t match. It’s on record. At least the supervisor did the right thing.

  7. 17:08 why didn’t the cop call the junk shop owner while he’s doing the “investigation” and find out what’s going on and be told what this guy is tell him. He just wanted the crack (ID) and act like a tyrant.

  8. Cuffed for an hour…. Look at that kids wrists. Ooohhh id be so pissed!! 😡😡. Man they are truly creating a monster!! The best kind of monster though!!!

  9. That cop had an opportunity to apologise and to admit that he got it wrong. His supervisor was doing a good job of smoothing things over but the cops ego was bigger than his brain. I can't understand that he would risk his carer before he would admit that he belittled that guy. Even if he hadn't learned his lesson did he not think ' I've bills to pay, mouths to feed, I better not risk my job'? His ego must be HUGE.

  10. This officer and this department needs to be held accountable for his actions.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander. I back the blue but its a two way street.
