Oh well
I’ve run out of ways to describe the tyrannical abuse of citizens by law enforcement
Cops must be stopped now
Good evening, John. Hope you are doing good! Jen
If the cop wanted to talk to other people who happened to be on that property, it would have been quite easy for the cop to go and sit in his patrol car and waited for the “salesmen” to leave the property and then simply pull them over.
How many more times are we gonna see rogue cops getting away with crimes and being completely unaccounted for.
And in this case, the cop writes his own press release, and defends himself in a third person account of “facts”
Absolutely shameful.
Welcome back to the Wild West
Its also elder abuse.
Acted according to his training?
Isn’t that the Nuremberg Defense?
Those guys got hung………
Just Sayin’
This Sargeant is a power tripping POS. His whole department is probably the same based on their response to this situation.
Attempting murder instead of leaving
Officer Beers believes his power is unlimited. If he think there is a nonviolent possible crime, soliciting without a permit, he can go onto property, he can threaten, grab, knock down, literally do anything he wants and that citizens of the US have no rights to their own bodies, their property or anything if he SUSPECTS soliciting without a permit has taken place.
These cops are physco scumbags What the f are they doin to old dude
How in the eff is this not on every news station? Such a tough guy this POS of a cop is going after this gentleman. Where the F are the riots?!?
Did the old fella make it?
LMFAO
They didnt know how to export the video file.
So they just filmed it with a cell phone!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A 76 + homeowner defending his property arrested as opposed to an illegal migrant crashing a border attacking border officials 🇺🇸 GOT IT your as f*dup as our govt 🇨🇦 75+🍁 hunter provider
please follow up — and a judge protect this behavior? we need more clival rights lawyers
People need to be able to privately sue individual Police officers not the the taxpayers.
The home owner is legally allowed to defend himself from this cop and his illegal detainment.
Of course they go after taxpayers not the criminals themselves. Poor leadership
FTP
Lord, have Mercy.
These kinda videos are daily , what doesn’t get recorded ? I was in law enforcement and this is why I left .
If this happened on the public easement, these lousy cops would have said that immediately, just to try to limit their screw up, and liability. Most of these small towns believe having their own police department will be a cash cow for the town, but one large lawsuit ends up bankrupting the town. We can only hope, and they should have let the county Sheriff's department patrol their streets.
Once again dumb ass cop. All he had to do get in his truck and wait until the car leaves this man's driveway .
When their ego outweighs their dignity.
As much as he will be criticized, it seems clear to me that this is what the old man WANTED. He craved a violent outcome and truly wished to fight the cop…
If the cop is there without a warrant, he has zero right to be there, especially after being told the cop is trespassing
Police academies are costing its citizens big time.
Just imagine if the cop just said, ok so you guys don't need me??? I'll leave. Guarantee nothing would have happened
can't it be argued that the police officer was investigating a felony or some sort of higher crime than a basic misdemeanor? after seeing this video i am still very confused as to the particulars of this incident. a certain car was parked on his property that had been reported. the cop did say that this had nothing to do with him. but it's his property. how did he know this had nothing to do with him? very confusing actually….. obviously some facts and the particulars have been left out. hard to judge something just by what was shown in the video. also the video wasn't complete. no beginning to what had happened previously.
Clearly you don't know the laws my guy yes it was Sad the old guy suffered as he did but the officer had full rights to follow the suspect onto someone else's property in order to ascertain the situation /making arrest the fact that the home owner of the property itself came up does not disregard that situation also the fact that the homeowner made a threat to the office As he was ascertaining the situation //making an arrest may the officer have full rights to arrest the The homeowner to be clear I am mostly on the side of private citizens but you are clearly wrong here and clearly you do not know the actual laws
All of a sudden he cares that the old man gets his nitro. What a sweet, caring cop.
We need to bring back state militias. Do a video on state militias please. When did we lose them? Why did we lose them?
Funny how when a citizen gets arrested, the courts and the cops say “ignorance of the law is not an excuse”
However, when a cop screws up, they say “well he acted according to his training” or “he didn’t know he was is the wrong” therefore he did nothing wrong!
Just typical how there is a major double standard.
The fact that this cop is a sergeant, should force his resignation.
Tyrant officer
What about the threat??
