  1. Where's the bodycam video. They record everything. Like you see in most of these cases, the shooter will have moved on or been promoted somewhere far away. How they can all lie like this and keep their jobs is beyond me.

  2. What is left to say? There is only one way to put a stop to the nonsense. We, the people, must put a stop to it. Law enforcement is the profession with the highest percentage of domestic abusers in the United States. Why are abusers attracted to the profession of law enforcement?

  3. In Ohio Chillicothe Ohio about 4 years ago during a raid an officer discharged a weapon outside of a trailer and shot a lady in the head. Killed her instantly. No charges filed. It was absolutely disgusting.

  4. This is way Qualified Immunity needs to be removed from Police.
They need to be held accountable for their actions.
Camera and Audio need to be on and a Law needs to be Passed and Inforced that they remain on at all times.
As well as being worn by all Law Enforcement Agencies.
All Settlements need to be paid from Officers Pinion Fund and not Taxpayers Money.

  5. If that body cam footage showed what the police claimed we would be seeing it EVERYWHERE! If there’s truly no footage that also tells us that they are okay doing shady stuff during raids/serving warrants/etc.

    🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  6. Has anyone seen the recently released video of the CA sheriffs deputies absolutely SMOKING that abducted 15 year old girl they were tasked with rescuing? It happened nearly 2 years ago but police refused to release the footage until last Friday. This after initially claiming it was “unclear” whether it was the deputies who fatally shot her or her father….. 🤮

  7. If what they said was true then there would be blood splatter to prove it and the pool of blood would be in front of the couch and more spread out if he was struggling. But the pool of blood was under the couch and in one place that proves he wasn't struggling.

They should have to show the video cam footage, refusal to do so is more than enough proof it's a cover up.

  8. These Police SWAT Teams need to be held accountable for their actions, the government filing these False jumped up chargers are nothing more then trying to put a blackman away in jail to silence him but it now comes to light that the local government is corrupt and pushing for every black person to be arrested and thrown into jail, would that include sitting black people in government too because that would be a gross over sight of a government body and a gorss mistreatment of the law

  9. The fact that they are hiding body cams means it's all BS. 100% right they are covering their asses because their felony charges were dropped so try anything at this point to justify their absurd assault. They will pay in the end but of course we know how that will go. They settle and pay out a large sum of tax payer money in return for no liability. And this is why auditors exist. Love them or hate them, they expose police and useless government agents. Just remember that you're paying for it all every single paycheck.

  10. I will always say and stand by it that the most terrifying thing in American society is their police and the judiciary system that protects their malicious acts against the public. It’s sickening the lengths they will go to protect their interests while terrorizing the citizens.

  11. Picture evidence of the scene shows the State Police Report was/is a lie . Their charges also do not align with the evidence of the scene and even their own report . But as you say history shows how corrupt that jurisdiction is .

  12. Let me guess, no bodycams were on or present? Sounds like they hiding stuff.
Oh, a barrel slash to the head also? Sounds they were hoping hed die.
Oh, they waited to charge later? Sounds like are trying real hard to suppres the inevitable suit.

If they werent $#&t police then they wouldn't have this issue.

  13. Once these charges get dropped/beat, can you then sue for even more damages because of the pattern of civil rights violations/harassment via criminal charges? Can the prosecutor be reported to the state BAR association for willful misconduct?

  14. What you have here is a bunch of government charity hires covering their tracks— more corruption in our government.
Keep your powder dry, and fight the good fight.

  15. The cops story doesn’t even make sense. Darius supposedly was standing, coming at the cops, they shot him, and he dropped to the floor, where he was administered first aid, on the floor. So how does a giant pool of blood end up ON TOP OF THE BED!?

  16. These no-knock warrants where police kick in the door are dangerous. Doesn't a person in the house have a right to shoot when someone is kicking open their door? Then police shoot back and wound or kill a person in the house. This is dangerous for police and for people in their homes.
These no-knock warrants should be banned.

  17. Lemme guess, there is NO hammer entered into evidence as an attempted murder weapon, or, it still has the Home Depot price tag on it from when the cops rushed out and bought it.

  18. With evidence of hundreds of police shootings across the country, I have zero faith that a police officer in a high stress situation in which he doesn't know if there are more "attackers" lurking about or if his attempted murder victim is high, or what have you…..only fired two rounds at someone he thought was about to kill him with a hammer. That sounds laughable, actually. That's a mag dump at minimum.

  19. i have what might be a dumb question. if the police lie about you on a written police report, among the other civil charges can't you sue for libel and/or slander? defamation?

  20. There should be consequences for cops lying on a police report. This was a fairy tale of a police report and we all know there will be no real consequences for the cops, department, or prosecutor.

Did any of these cops attend the “street cop” training seminar?
