If they have a warrant, they'll enter whether you like it or not. Never open the door and give them an opportunity to violate your rights.

1980 Payton vs New York, 445 U.S. 573 – “The Fourth Amendment, made applicable to the States by the Fourteenth Amendment, prohibits the police from making a warrantless and nonconsensual entry into a suspect’s home in order to make a routine felony arrest.” Absent consent or exigent circumstances, police MUST have a warrant to enter a home, rather than a public place, to arrest someone.
