  1. It's not surprising that this happened in Texas. It is surprising that the people are standing up to it, because Texans as a rule like to have their cops dominate them. They're so brainwashed by that Hollywood Cowboy mentality that they think that the worst the cops are the better off they are.

  2. I feel bad for the man driving the truck that put this whole sequence of events in motion. A man died because the police were called because of an accident he had. He has no fault, 100% responsibility of the idiot cop and everyone that denied him obviously needed medical attention.

  3. It's bad when it is on camera! It's worse when it isn't. Short enough story. A parent is driving 60 plus in 30, no belt, has a child in the front seat without a booster seat under age causes an accident. The mother gets the call and thinks she will get to take the child home. But it doesn't because Step mom signed the child out and took the child to her house. A couple of years later Step mom takes the mother to court for stalking. Leaves out mother is disabled with autoimmune illness. It was a con scheme so the father could get sole custody so Step mother could raise the child. Father only wanted to hurt disabled mother and barely watches the child in the first place. Now father was Town Marshall and Step mother is ex wife who isn't related to the child. Thankfully with a few dash cam videos the mother wasn't charged with stalking. Yet nothing happened to father or ex wife and nothing changed in the custody of the child. Gotta hate Indiana

  4. There's certain things you don't do.
You dont hurt innocent children, women, the elderly, disabled people or animals.
Those who do should face swift justice.
Police do all of the above on a daily basis.
    Where does that leave us?

  5. I’m not a big fan of national data bases, but there should be a national law enforcement data base that all law enforcement agencies must use. They would have to report all complaints, their disposition and any disciplinary actions taken against officers. This way if they resign and try and get a LEO job somewhere else the other agencies can see their record.

  6. 2 yrs and that dirty cop barely gets indicted. Wouldnt be that way if it was the other way around. That badge is a shield to allow them to commit heinous crimes against innocent people. What a disgusting world we live in.

  7. Didn’t need an ambulance until the tyrant showed up. Watching that jailer step over him to get someone else was heartbreaking! That form he signed can’t be legal if he is compromised; he said that he couldn’t see!

  8. "Two years after the incident, a Galveston County grand jury indicted Kinsley on the two charges. If he's convicted, Kinsley could face 2 to 10 years in prison for the felony charge and up to one year for the misdemeanor."
    Per KHOU*11
Let's hope he is convicted and given the Max!

  9. I have watched this footage thrice, and it doesn't get any easier. Who is to protect us from our executive officers? Why is their will absolute? I fear this happening to me. I can't help but see this as Machiavellian control and done to keep others in check.

  10. That old man said he was looking for his stuff when that animal attacked him, he can barely move yet alone run so this corrupt cop stating he was gonna try to leave is bs. This is sickening on so many levels, just disgusting behavior.
