If I was in th US I would grab this software in a heartbeat.
I suspect you already do this, but can the phone be set to continue recording later storing the data on a cloud server even if the attorney gets disconnected?
I suspect the phones at traffic stops will start having "signal accidents" in the near future, so the blue line gang can question the victim without anyone else watching or hearing anything.
My personal thought on their next non violent/non destructive step would be to simply jam the signals.
This is done with a rather simple device that "good guys and bad guys" use a little to often for my liking where I am located. The most common reason around here for the use of the jamming device is to help prevent remote detonation of improvised munitions that would normally be activated by using a cellphone.
If the phone could continue recording everything locally, that data could then be sent to the cloud server once the phone is removed from the "isolation bubble".
Just thinking about possibilities.

I was skeptical of this at first but I'm not going to lie It's very funny that the cops can't turn off my recording and a lawyer is on the other end lol.
I love this app from the beginning, i just wish this was around for me like 4 yrs ago , i promise you i would of been using this app at least once a day if not 2 and thats well not everyday but mon-sat , i can just imagine someone using this app on a dirty cop , and the look once the cop is like not just being recorded, now a live attorney 😱😱😱

Actually being somewhere that an auditor is actively pulling their shit and giving them the attention that they are due, is high on my bucket list.
Hope they Dont charge for surreptitious recording. If the phone is taken to a private setting such as an office at the police department or an area not accessible to the public.

NEVER use a fingerprint code.
ALWAYS use a pattern or password.
The reason is that courts have ruled cops can forcibly press your thumb against the phone to unlock it without a warrant (waiting for this to be overturned) But they cannot compel speech or retailate against you remaining silent.
Remember, they will use every scheme and deception against you. Always prepare yourself by removing their options against you.
The best part is the phone continues recording even though the attorney hung up for another 20 minutes gathering information from the cops unbeknownst to them.
The only way to turn it off earlier is to enter the password.
