Ah yes this is officer frank sloup this idiot is known for his ridiculous unprofessional B.S. and has a very bad habit of escalating situations for no reason whatsoever. I'm still trying to figure out why the hell this idiot has not been held accountable for all his ridiculous nonsense as well as his unprofessionalism.
