  1. Field sobriety tests are a joke. Where is the base line everyone has different base level of balance. If any thing you should have to do them at the DVM to get a baseline at the bare minimum, and if you score to low them mark that on your licence. I don't think that's a good solution.

  2. Ridiculous it's a bit funny in a sad way because someone's freedom is on the line. This is a clear case of an officer trying to find fault and make an arrest as opposed to protecting public safety.

  3. She shouldn't have paid the fine either and fought the stop light if it showed yellow in the video. It's not just a simple ticket when you have a CDL; it can affect you in the long run. Fines are higher, insurance costs and the ability to get insurance are harder, and employers take them into account, too. Sounded like he had a ride-along in the vehicle with him so he may have been trying to make the ride interesting for them and used her for that which is common unfortunately.

  4. Honest question… is there no legal recourse for someone falsely accussed of DUI? I'm sure qualified immunity would apply here and you're not likely to win a lawsuit… so what do you do?

  5. This dickhead cop is trying to ruin her life. Prescription meds are none of his business but his bullshit can cost her her job!! He's been a condescending prick from the first sentence and I don't believe she ran a red light

  6. The lecture was fucking unnecessary. Once she submitted to the drug test he should just stfu and drive her to the hospital. He has no moral high ground. The handcuffs were also a bitch move by the officer

  7. The department needs to be sued. The bus driver main responsibility is to keep the people safe on the outside and inside of the bus, if they have to cross the yellow light to avoid an accident or hard braking to protect the people on the inside then they must do so, driving a bus is extremely complex, and these officers should know that, also a bus driver job is more harder then being a police officer.

  8. How many times have we seen this people getting busted for DUI who are 100 percent sober never ever never do those field sobriety tests they don't work it's just a way for a bully to act tough that's all it is

  9. I found a couple issues:
    1. Not sleeping DOES have an affect on pupil dilation and response.
    2. The officer disclosed private medical information to her employer; though, the employer does have access to her CDL so that won’t go very far.

  10. Yes, file a lawsuit for consequences on falsehood.

No suprise liars. My first experience in highschool, pulled my best friend over saying he ran a left turn light when we went straight through the green from school. Gave him the ticket anyway. Legalized lying, criminals. Get a dash cam.

  11. I feel so bad for this working woman who's tryna earn a honest living. Even if she had a bad past what does that have to do with her now? She changed her life but still have to be judge and punished for her past? One min people say the past is the past but not for cops. But judge a cop on there past they'll be the first one crying. I'm sick of police like very sick.

  12. i love the copsplaining and the drug accusation's. she had sunglasses when you walked up to the vehicle dumbass liar. look at your dash camera and body camera. wasn't that a Fourth Amendment violation going through her pockets? so this pig knows more about the effects of medications than a medical doctor does? i am beginning to hate cops for crap like this.
