  1. I am starting too think that police are told (from higher ups) too ID people and enter into the system. The data of whom was where and when is then compiled into a data bank and these days "data is money" The more data they have on people, the better… They do not care about a bad arrest cause the tax payers make the payouts for law suits.

  2. I was told by an undersheriff that you are supposed to just quietly walk away when they tell you something and not respond at all. They also can make false statements and no one will do anything about it. The only way you can get things somewhat corrected is if you have enough money to sue.

  3. Wow everything about that interaction was very disturbing. Hopefully someone has advised this guy to sue the city for 4th amendment violations and also in civil court for causing the man to lose his business.

  4. Lived in Baxley a considerable portion of my 55 yrs. The cops have been corrupt since the city was founded. Once making national news when the sheriff and vast majority of the officers were arrested i personal saw corruption at every level including judges.

  5. They are training these baby cops to blatantly oppose the Constitution and treat American citizens like we are criminals. Certain people are truly targeted and treated worse !

  6. The south seems to be full of these inbred, back woods dictators who could care less about the constitution. They make up laws as they go and arrest anyone for anything. Remind me never to take a trip to the deep south.

  7. As someone who has lived in a small southern town nearly all my life I can almost assure you that it's true. The cops down here act like this every minute of every day.
