Honestly I think those so called first amendment auditors/journalist and the corrupt quota gang have joined forces. It looks like they are terrified of losing the cash cow of meaningless arrests of innocent people if Terry Vs Ohio gets overturned. Chili I agree we need to be able to record our court cases maybe this will stop DA's and ADA's from making up stuff about the person being Charged to get what they want. The DA / ADA get what they want with lies in a court of law. There needs to be accountable through the whole court system from arrest to guilt / not guilt.
