First time I have heard a YouTube guy accurately explain gun laws. The reason machine guns are regulated by the federal government is because of their claim over interstate commerce. So it is valid for a state to say that if a resident manufacturers a machine gun within his state and it stays there, the federal government has no say in it!

Congress can change the classification for marijuana any time they want, why haven't they? It is a schedule 1 narcotic at the federal level, fight the war there, that is where it ultimately will be won.
