  1. This video shows a very recent police interaction that occurred in Barbour County, West Virginia. It shows Barbour County Sheriff’s Deputy Christian Mayle violently pulling a man named Vince out of a car. Vince is a nurse and was on his way to the nursing home where he works. His longtime girlfriend was driving him. They were pulled over on an allegation of the car going “left of center.” The traffic stop actually ended and a warning citation was issued to the girlfriend/driver. But then, suddenly Deputy Mayle ordered both occupants out of the vehicle. When Vince questioned his authority to do so, the officer cited Pennsylvania v. Mimms and quickly lost his temper, macing Vince and pulling him violently from the car.

  2. That cop is 100% juiced and obviously shouldn't work as a LEO !!
It is both physical and biological impossibility for human to gain (mostly useless) muscle mass as much as he seemed to have in a mere year + few months.
Cops abusing alcohol (and often their families) and steroids is a huge known problem that everyone is either outright ignoring completely because being a cop is hard and dangerous (less dangerous than being a clerk) or simply approves because being a cop is hard, dangerous (try being a clerk at 7/11) and they're not hurting anyone (nevermind all those bruised wives and children or civilians injured by DUI / roid rage cop).
Monthly random testing is a bare minimum that should be done to weed out those "few rotten apples" but when
the whole orchard has rotten roots…

  3. I would very much return that "armed and therefore dangerous" presumption to the supreme court. At least so it can explain how an armed supreme court judge, a police officer, a soldier, any open carry citizen etc. is not presumed to be dangerous and therefore not a valid target for violence on sight.

  4. Ordering them out had nothing to do with frisking.

And cops are given massive leeway to do just about anything they want, and lie about their reasoning, thanks the repeated rulings in favor of police power and "officer safety" by conservative justices and courts. That's what voting Republican gets this country: judges that rule in favor of police power, on behalf of the "law and order party," and stomps on our rights.

And it's no surprise that people support the cop: Barbour Country voted for the traitor candidate in 2020, giving it 76.6% of the vote. The people there aren't very bright, and are certainly not very moral.

  5. Cops applying the cops mantra: Escalate, Intimidate, Violate, Retaliate, Fabricate. As a frequent traveler to the USA, any interaction with the cops is the greatest risk to my safety. If I was stopped, by cops, I'd be nervous.

  6. Gee officer, your eyes are red and your pupils are dilated. You seem a bit aggressive. You are acting suspicious. Officer , are you drunk. Do you drink vodka to sleep at night…..POLICING WHILE BUZZED IS DRUNK POLICING.
