Lackluster isn’t a lawyer, but he is an Iraq war veteran. As such he’s been trained to operate in a war zone where a sense of relative danger and safety, and professionalism is paramount, something that it seems some police are utterly lacking — lackluster on this point, shall we say — even in just ordinary civil society which leads to egregious treatment of citizens, some of whom haven’t even committed a crime.
Why did they use DEADLY FORCE 🤮 He was not a threat 🤬 I was told not to use a gun to stop a thief……ITS JUST PROPERTY doesn't matter what the property cost the local government says 🤮🤡🤡🤡
He wasn't there 2seconds before he shot him in the Back. and that tyrant had the audacity to handcuff the dead man BARBARIC….
I Watch Both Your Channels, And Your Both Great.👌👌❤️❤️🇬🇧🇯🇲🇮🇪🏴
Need more livee videos
Ya. I know his channel. I watch it. Do either of you have a plan to stop the reason for your channels? What exactly do you think American citizens should do about this? Certainly you have some opinions.
How did you get connected to Wva. Corrupt cops especially Logan County.
There is a cops episode of a fat woman at a hotel who had a large knife. They tackel her and when she is rolled over the knife is in her gut up to the hilt.
It's not justified in the last one. He brought a gun out and shot prior to the fatal shooting.
1 shot? I might accept that. 9 shots in the back? As close as he was, 1 shot into the motor would stop the chair.
Yes, a knife is very dangerous but not so much from someone in a power chair
In the last video, the shooter's life was NOT endangered at that moment and he was firing FROM the yard toward the house.
The legal and personal costs and risks are pretty severe for the shooter, even if eventually vindicated.
Hiding settlements should be a crime.
The more graphic the better. Never cover up for the police.
This cop was let free and he is sueing the city to get his job back and back pay and he's going to win.. that's unbelievable to me, he's going to be back on the streets in Tucson
Love both of guys. Thanks for collaborating together.

I don't think having common sense makes you biased. Imagine if while off work I used my employer's vehicle, uniform, identification, and weapon to shoot a disabled man in the back trying to drive into Lowe's. I would be fired the next day and probably behind bars. If this guy was on my property shooting him in this situation wouldn't have been justified.
I don't think the third video was a Justified shooting if they had a conflict a weapon should have never been introduced into the mix
The question that the second video brings is why wasn't a taser deployed on the first guy why was he shot nine times
On the second video I did not think that was an unjustified use of a taser and at the knife ended up in his neck was completely accidental
Wow i hope they both go to prison for life i didng see anything that was life threatening to shoot anybody. Crazy stuff.
The poor guy was used for target practice by this murderous thug.
