That cop thinks that he's going to harass a citizen or doesn't have the money to sue the City but he is wrong. This crooked cop is not only going to lose the case he is also going to get sued in federal. He's probably use it for an excuse hoping to find something else on the guy like resisting arrest without the use of force. The cop is probably going to lose that charge as well. This cop needs to be fired.
