  1. There's so many of these incidents and I'm not really sure. Do they know it's unconstitutional and are ignorant to the fact that they can't ask for ID for this reason or are they just phishing?

  2. Cops don’t believe in rights. It’s their incentive to ignore your rights because rights protect criminals from being caught. Therefore, cops see everyone as a criminal first.

  3. My buddy was in a Christian metal band, traveling through Bobo, Texas for a concert. They got pulled over by some white, redneck southern state trooper, and the first words out of his mouth were “You boys ain’t from ‘round Bobo are ye?”. That’s when you know you’re about to experience injustice of some form. Most of these people grew up bullies and turned professional.

  4. My friend is a traveling electrician with military clearance due to him working on military bases and his military background. He doesn't own a home so it's either stay at hotels or in your car for a few hours. He gets cops called on him constantly for parking and relaxing or sleeping

  5. How can these cops continue to not grasp the most basic constitutional principles of law? I mean, are the academies actively incorrectly instructing their cadets? It is either that, or the standards have been dumbed down so low, that they are graduating a bunch of incompetents.

At least in the old days, most cops knew the constitutional concepts but they chose to and got away with disregarding them. But at least they knew them!

  6. I dont blame the clerk. She even was hesitant to tresspass him "I don't want to tresspass him for no reason". The officer could have told her the truth at that time that he was just ducking out from a thunder storm and was reading his book until it passes. It sounds like she wouldnt have cared. But i can understand why someone who has been robbed or has dealt with crime before would be hesitant to someone who appears to be hiding out. However it was the cops who escilated it. She just asked for a welfare check.

  7. "Imagine that you're a free American citizen"?
No such thing anymore. Your President has literally just announced his intention to deport American citizens to a concentration camp in El Salvador, without any kind of due process or even accusation of a crime being committed.
You people have NO IDEA what you've done and what's coming.

  8. I am a retired State Trooper. I worked 30 years on the road. I stopped thousands of motor vehicles. I just found this channel and mostly all of these videos just blows my mind. Was I perfect in every single traffic stop? No. We all make mistakes in life. However, when I raised my right hand to defend the Constitution of the United States, I went out everyday and did my best and made it 30 years and I retired honorably in 2023. Law Enforcement are to set an example. Law Enforcement are to treat every single person the way they would want to be treated which is with respect and honesty. When a Law Enforcement Officer loses respect, credibility, and fairness, they did it to themselves. Law Enforcement has a great amount of discretion. For example, I watched and commented on the video where the deputy gets mad because the driver didn't sign his registration and then ends up in handcuffs and then later releases him. That charge alone needs to be taken off the books because its a BS charge. I made it to retirement because I took my job seriously. I helped people when I could. Many drivers were broken down, out of fuel and money and I reached into my pocket and bought them fuel. I never asked for anything in return because nobody knows what people are going through. Im not commenting here to make myself look good by any means. I did other things to help those in need that i never ever told anyone because it's the right thing to do. Finally, watching these videos really makes me mad because I myself worked hard for years to try and help bring back a positive image of Law Enforcement. These Law Enforcement Officers in all, I mean all of these videos are a complete shame to the entire world and most probably should have never worn the uniform or badge. So I'm retired, I sleep very good at night because I tried to do my part to help people in society. Again, thanks for these videos and just remember, there are people out here like me who are retired and who did try and make a positive difference and these one's in the videos do not represent us all especially people like me. Things in these vidoes and the way the Law Enforcement Officers acts is a shame. It costs nothing to be nice, its costs nothing to be professional, and it costs nothing to treat society the way you want to be treated. Do your job professionally and be kind to people. Roll your window down when someone has a question and answer it. The biggest biggest pet peeve I have is when a person is pulled over and a Law Enforcement Officer walks up to the vehicle and says, Do you know why I stopped you? No, No, No. What I did eas I walked up to a vehicle and for example stated, The reason I stopped you os because I clocked you at 80MPH in and 55MPH. Go ahead and tell the person why you pulled them over. It saves so much going back and forth and probably a complaint. Anyway, keep up the great work because all Law Enforcement needs to be held accountable. I was for 30 years and I did my very best each day.

  9. I had no idea John was a tarheel. I love him even more now. As a former NC prosecutor and now SC prosecutor, just know I am always on the lookout for civil rights violations in the felony drug cases I mainly work.

  10. So they need 3 squad cars for a guy reading a book?? Makes no sense, they should have just let them leave when ordered to go. The whole situation was blown out of proportion for no reason

  11. I know this will be an unpopular comment, but if state law requires you to present your ID, just fucking do it. The "victim" is the one escalating this situation. In all likelihood, if he had complied, the officer would have just sent him on his way.
