In my opinion, any kind of reputable reporter/investigator would never walk around with a single device that held all of the personal information they gathered from their "confidential" informants. People who truly seek justice can find it. However, justice for them will not come from a blowhard such as yourself. No judge is going to give him back his phone until investigatiors are done with it. His desperation is only telling them to investigate. They know there's incriminating evidence on it. Law enforcement was watching his streams yesterday. He's digging a huge hole for himself over what was simple misdemeanor charges that he'll likely just have to pay a fine.

When the kid just accidentally swerved. The stranger open fired on the kids. One kid got grazed by a bullet and the cops are now treating these kids like criminals and are violating their 4th and 5th amendment rights. The kid snuck his mom's car our and picked up another friend. They said they are going to get a Warrant to access the phone. They are saying they think they might have information on who did it on the phone. Saying it GTA. The kids called the cops for help and now they are being treated like they did something and there still some criminal walking free. Can they keep a victims phone? It's an iPhone and we denied access to the cops and they are saying they are going to ruin the phone if they have to access it forcefully.
