    I like what you're doing and think you give put a lit of good information. But let's be painfully honest here. The judge didn't come down on you for your attitude towards the cop on the street, she came down hard on you because of your attitude towards her bailiff. Your attitude in the courtroom got you your time. That's why you got it overturned on appeal because what you did was lawful, you just put a bad taste in her mouth in her courtroom. I'm nit saying she wouldn't have given you some kind of time in jail anyways but you threw out any kind of leniency when you called her bailiff a pig in the courtroom. Keep up the good work on the streets and in the lives tho

    When are you guys going to outsmart these ignorant cops grab a person that's fake talking on a cell phone have them walk up stay within about 3-4 ft of the ignorant cop maybe lean on a pole and just talk quietly in the phone which is fake then you walk up after you know or film that the ignorant cop looked at the person talking on the phone then you stand 10 ft away and wait for them to say something you know they're going to because they're ignorant
    Then have the guy on the phone say hang on babe I got to hang out with you and record this ignorant cop screwing with an innocent person for no reason 😂😂😂 you got to set up the little piggies like they set us up 😮

    Chile, May I suggest you go to a Home Depot and purchase a pocket digital (laser) tape measure and keep it in your pocket. it will display your actual distance from the officer, plus you can archive the distance by photographing the display should it need to be used as evidence in court. Keep up the good work!

    In a video you claim that people stole your trifold idea but the first time I seen a flyer discussing rights was back in the early 2k’s discussing DUI’s. It’s also something I worked on myself before this channel was making content but abandoned because of printing costs, plus there’s better ways to do it today due to technology. Am Attorney used to give a card to those whom held him on retainer that said “I don’t answer questions” I busted your balls about the laminating which is a horrible Idea and yes is illegal in some states according to the language of certain statutes. I too have a trifold flyer that I give away to people in my community for free (primary young kids) it’s to inform people of their rights and case law but it’s also intended as a troll to the local development who’s becoming extremely corrupt. A very expensive troll.
    My flyer is probably slightly different because it doesn’t give explicit steps to follow or direct legal advice it just informs people of their rights, case law and definitions. It does give them in order of importance and expresses the the need to remain silent etc. it doesn’t given them “explicit steps” as to not be considered legal advice but informative. It also covers state specific laws. It’s not just for traffic stops so it covers consensual encounters and covers what a consensual encounter, what’s a pretextual stop, the difference between RAS and probable cause etc and covers 18 different case laws, the constitutional amendments, 12 definitions, and 6 state laws, along with tips on how officers conduct themselves. I certainly didn’t copy you. I’m currently tho king of throwing together a quick app that uses a custom trained AI model to assist people by giving them real time information on constitutional rights, federal, state and local law without technically giving them legal advice. I think it can be done without the risk of litigation. This allows the AI to listen to the officer and app users conversations and put up case law in real time corresponding with what’s happening. People are rarely the first with an idea. Even attorneys shield wasn’t the first to come up with that concept as an identical app service was already established for a few years prior. Even the light telephone had multiple inventors prior to belle whom just filled a patent first. In fact one inventor had patents on the phone prior but used different language. So peoples assume they are the first and people copy them but ideas are typically very common.
