As I stood on the public sidewalk exercising my First Amendment right to film, this so-called officer of the law walked right up into my face, pushing his body against mine in an act of pure intimidation.
What started as a shoplifting incident turned into an outrageous abuse of power. Instead of de-escalating, Officer Coward proved exactly why people have lost trust in police: because of conduct like this. My camera caught everything—the chest bumping, the attempts to silence me, the harassment simply because I was filming. This is the kind of tyrannical behavior that exposes the culture of policing in America.
