Try going to Madison!!! There is a DIRTY little town of 900 people called Blue Mounds just outside of Madison. Dane county sheriffs and the one and only cop in Blue Mounds caused me a nervous breakdown and I had to move away from Wisconsin to heal!!! Joey Hoops is the Chief and only cop in Blue Mounds! He is a horrible tyrant and the town manager Audra Anderson said she would back him up in ANYTHING he does!!! Legal or NOT!!! I paid a SEVERE price here!
