There is definitely some shady business going on here. We will never know what the "water bottle" thing was about. To me it smells like there might be something in his water bottle specifically he doesn't want anyone to find, because he had like 3 people offer him water, but he wanted his bottle. Maybe filled with vodka? But then his friend said i found your water bottle, o forgot i put in this other car, and clearly he grabbed something that wasn't a water bottle, so 🤷🏼♀️. And then when tommy was texting the other guy i think he was asking for a cigarette, or some Copenhagen, something to mask the smell of booze on his breath. But who knows. It's definitely sneaky and unprofessional. Whatever they're doing.

id also like to know where that 5 gallon bucket of coolant from the radiator came from as well. one second there is hardly any steam then one second later you can barely see the car. I have wrecked personal vehicles before and it absolutely does NOT HAPPEN LIKE THAT. every single government employee tied to this case should get death penalty nobody is safe with these scared armed infants around. i really hope mr. Sheets family gets justice.
The series of events from the time Tommy pulls up and then jumps out of his car pulling his taser and his handgun appears bizarre to me. Not natural flow to what they proclaim during and after. They show Tommy racing at high speed to the scene, then the video jumps to him arriving at the scene, but he arrives at a much slower pace and rather than parking behind and to the left to block the alleged Living Suspect from gassing it in reverse, he positions his car in a dangerous spot, if he truly beleived the Suspect was armed and a lethal threat, gently he makes a little bumping stop appearing to hit the suspects rear door, or perhaps hitting the curb, or slamming it in park before complete stop, then jumps out with both hands already holding both guns, which also doesn't fit or possible in the two seconds from Stopping, opening the door and aiming the weapons, screaming out "Show me his hands". The time stamp on the body cam is not continuous but jumps at key moments missing footage as if edited to create a narrative that might explain 28 rounds being pumped into the suspect.
He arrives and you hear no one else making a sound, and the other cop way back for the shooting scene to be acted out. The body cam shows the suspect not moving, head turned towards Tommy with a confused look, with both hands on the wheel, but those frames do not seem to fit as you cannot see the suspects face from the body cam which is in line with Tommy's head at the moment that he tapped off a clip of rounds at the suspect, during the panic scene, where he claims the suspect has a gun, no gun shots heard prior to Tommy firing his weapon, nor scene in the body cam. Tommy yells out "Reloading" but the body cam shows no further shots being fired, yet 5ge suspect was hit 28 times?
The other cop was already there upon Tommy's arrival and off to the passenger side of the suspects car back near his own cruiser, and only after the single clip is unloaded into the victim and Tommy walks back and around to him and in view the other cop in view of Tommy's Cam, does the other cop begin to approach from the suspects passenger rear and yells out the same commands "show me your hands"!?? Again not fitting to any logical flow to their supposed immediate response.
Apparently two taser weapons had been deployed at the suspect as you see the other officer untangling his feet as he walks backwards during the odd shield scene, which suddenly has 5 cops also at the scene only seconds after the shots fired, standing clustered together 8' from the suspect with guns drawn and aimed for effect, in the victims line of fire, as Tommy gets out his shield and approaches the victim. ???? Tommy Stated out loud to the initial cop that the victim is not breathing and is shot, but the other cop acts as if the victim is still alive and a threat and yepls out for the camera "show your hands" and then lowers his weapon while taking a peak through the passenger side window and calmly walks back towards Tommy. No other cops seen arriving or standing in front of the car, as Tommy goes for his shield again not fitting the portrayed threat with that of their remarks and their physical behaviors.
Tommy approaches with the shield tossing something into the victims window and yells "the gun is on the floor" completely ignoring the victim that he is so fearful of and that would require a shield, and never checks the victim for a pulse to confirm the victim is no threat or if alive and in need of emergency care, in fact you never see anyone check him after the supposed locating of the gun. The 5 cops are in place suddenly as Tommy tosses an object into the car claiming the gun is on the floor, does not check for a pulse and then puts down the shield and walks away from the scene so the next act can be recorded.
They didn't check his pulse because they already knew the victim was verified dead and killed prior to this poorly choreographed cover up movie production.
You see another officer tripping up in the other tasers wires on the victims side of the car later in the script. When did these tasers get deployed? Not in the scripted portion of body cam footage! Strange? Only if this actually happened as they are portraying it to have happened, but not with a coverup of a shooting of an unarmed victim, which also fits all the bizarre behaviors, statements, missing footage, sudden appearance of many officers in some of the immediate shooting scenes, never checking for a pulse, and the celebration of bro's as if completing their mission and thinking they have fooled the public.

I do believe that the person who put the gun in the car was on the passenger side. And maybe the hand we saw was just one of the thugs pointing to him where to put the gun.
