Today at 11.45am a Bank Teller calls Health and wellness agency as a Young Lady was digging food out of the Banks garage dumpster. A uniform police officer shows up and tells the teller that the young lady has Left the parking area.
The officer then states to the teller" I Saw damage to the side of your building is that new damage?". The teller states" I don't know".The Officer was fishing and was trying hard to find something to pin on the young lady and arrest her. The dumpster and where there was alleged damage were two different places and about 150 ft away from each other. This is a HEALTH and WELLNESS police officer wanting and wishing for something to pin on the Young Lady for an arrest. No one called the police on damage to a building. This incident could have occurred in any City in the USA. Police are to arrest and collect Revenue for the police or government.
