  1. I hope he takes her pension in the civil rights suit. That man displayed amazing restraint. There is no way I would let that just sit there with her shoes off in my chair illegally search in My Home.

  2. Why bad if the judge in all these Cops start losing their job over the bullshit they'll think twice about it it's called civil rights everybody has their rights and they did not follow protocol at all

  3. from an outsider, it appears that there is something going really wrong in the 'legal' system…where the legal authorities are exceeding their powers. Police, prosecutors, judges, etc. The whole system appears untrustworthy…which is very disturbing.

  4. All of WV family court judges are very corrupted…especially here in Morgantown WV…….specifically Judge Randal Minor in case 20-D-65 ….the DOJ needs to come down here and clean house even with the WV Supreme Court, which was impeach in 2018……

  5. Is that a stripping of just civil immunity or does that include criminal immunity.
I'd think lots of room here for unlawful entry. burglary ( the judge directed the ex wife to take property from the house with no judicial determination of ownership)

  6. ⭐️⭐️ NO JUDGE ⭐️⭐️
has immunity if they step outside their authority. A judge can't stab u in their courtroom cuz that's against the law and yiur rights. Anyone who they have immunity all the time is a cowardly moron.

  7. Come back with a warrant, if not you are trespassing and I will invoke my second amendment rights and protect myself with lethal force from the state that is violating my rights.

  8. As far as a police officer obeying an order from a judge, Well I wouldn't even expect them to have to invoke on qualified immunity. That would be a hard order not to follow.

  9. Why do I get the impression that the man was doing too well in the divorce proceedings, and the judge was going to have NONE of a MAN coming out the better half in a divorce! Blasphemy!!!
