He did his job it seems like I mean I wouldn't have done nothing at the first interaction I would have just drove right on through because roadblock checks like that are against the law they're not constitutional but after that the officer did his job the expired tags was an arrestable offense and he made the arrest if he would have let the man go then he would have been a punk b** to allow somebody to go out there and drive and potentially endanger the citizens of the of the state county City and not have a properly registered vehicle without a properly registered vehicle you do not have a property insurance if you're breaking a law your insurance does not have to pay you guys don't understand all the delicacies of this again officers should have no discretion at all ever and this job or this cop other than the illegal stop at the beginning did his job perfectly
I'm also wondering how he can misuse his authority here it was said that driving on expired registration like that isn't a restful offense in the state area if that is a fact that it's in the rest of all offense in the state are in the only way this job could misuse his authority is if he did not arrest this man officer discretion is another fallacy cops should not be allowed to decide whether they want to do their job or not if it's in a restful offense they must make an arrest or turn in their badge
